The authors who want to submit their papers by email should include following information in the context of their emails:

1. All authors’ names in order
2. The organization of each author (please include specific department)
3. The organizations’ addresses for each author in detail
4. Title and position of each author
5. Email address of each author
6. Telephone number of each author
